Sales Representative

Sales representatives handle product lines from several manufacturers. They are very knowledgable about the products they represent, and can answer your questions about which product would be best for you. They can also direct you to the distributor or dealer nearest you for purchasing the product.

Distributors

Distributors typically purchase products directly from the manufacturer, then resell them to dealers and end-users. Distributors generally only sell the product; they usually do not provide installation or maintenance services.

Dealers

Dealers sell products directly to end-users and provide installation and maintenance services.

Service Centers

Service Centers provide installation and service support for distributors, dealers, and end-users. Some service centers also sell products.

Note: These descriptions apply to most of the INTELLIKEY sales outlets. There are, of course, exceptions. For example, some distributors do have installation and service teams available. You should contact your nearest Sales Representative to find the sales office that can best serve your needs.
